Dry soccet? wisdom teeth pulled and I sucked in?

I had my wisdom teeth pulled 3 or 4 days ago, today I think I either sneezed or sucked in then suddenly I had a bunch of fluids fall down from my upper gum where my stiches are. I spit the fluids out and it was a mix of itty bitty white strands and a few red dots. Whats up with that? My teeth didnt really hurt the past couple of days and that tooth isnt hurting me now. I feel something off about it. I kinda wonder if I ruined the stitching. Also my right dosent look like it has any stitches.. Is it ok for your gums to heal without the stiches?
