Netgear N600 Wired Printing Problems?

Hey so my printer can print wireless through the router...got this new Netgear N600 Dual Band router internet works great but I hooked up the printer to it and the computer wouldnt print from it....tried to find it in the add a printer section and it doesnt find it...also when you look in network on the actual printer it says it is connected through a Wired Connection and the ip adress/ MAC it gives me...I try to find the printer using the IP Adress andddd nothing pops up...is it possible this router is not wireless printing capable? It runs on two bands 2.4Ghz and a 5Ghz band.
