soo im really trying to loose weight i am not happy with myself i am tired of being so insecure and most of all i am tired of crying about my weight i wouldnt say im obeese but i am chunky and it shows alot i want to be able to feel comfortable in my own skin. even if i dnt get "skinny" i just want to loose at least 60 pounds so i can feel better about myself please help i want to know if it burns fat, how many minutes a day should i do it for?
