Do i worry too much bout this?

ok so i dont think i have syphilis but i worry over everything and i analyze alot. ok so if i were to have gotten syphilis it would have been september of 2008. sometimes i get a little bitty bubble type thing on the inside of my bottom lip or a little bitty tiny bubble thing on the top inside of my lip. thats the only reason i would think i would have it. but idk maybe im just worrying too much. what else could it be? please help. thanks and God Bless
