How do I get him to text me first!?

So i REALLY like this boy but he thinks im kinda annoying. And i talked to him last night and it ended with him ignoring my last message. And im like DYING to talk to him right now but i dont wanna text him first cause i know id annoy him. So what would make him text me? I was thinking like "accidently" calling him but i feel like he wouldnt even text me to ask if i called or why i called. And i wouldnt annoy him if i had like an important question to ask him but i can tthink of any. So what should I do?
