Heeeeeyy, im going on holiday on july 25th so i guess this gives me three to 4 weeks to lose some weight, what can i do to help lose some weight anyone got any ideass?? i dont normally tend to run because its not something i enjoy, i wouldnt say im not super fit and im not Fat im inbetween, but i was just wondering if any of you have any ideas???? i would like things that i can do at home, because it costs me alot to use the gym, Thaankyouu for your help ( i understand it takes alot of time to lose weight in some cases)
