I'm so confused......?

I've been having discharge everyday for like a year. 3 days ago it stopped, then 2 days ago it came back. Yesterday I noticed like 7 little tiny itty bitty dots of red in my undies. Now I haven't had any discharge since about 6. It's about 12:30 am now. I'm really confused. I like ALWAYS get discharge. What is going on?!?!?!
