Hi. Give yourself time to get your head around the fact that this has happened. A lot of dogs have been run over and survived possibly even worse injuries. Broken hips can be fixed. Even if she needs something to help her walk she is still your dog who you love. Let time take care of her injuries and you be ready to give her love and comfort when she needs it. You havent given her away when you felt like it because she is yours and you dont want to part from her. Keep strong for her and stay positive. Good Luck.
