Tiny white bugs, millions(or more) of them!?

My husband noticed Itsy bitty white bugs on our black fridge a little while ago. We have no clue what they could be! They are seriously small! like smaller than grains of salt, I couldn't even see them moving until I looked really close! We had a old box of corn flakes on top of the fridge as well as a bag of veggies form our church's garden that I forgot about, so it probably had mold on it. I live in Bakersfield, Ca and our house gets pretty humid because we have a swamp cooler. I haven't seen them anywhere but the fridge. We have bleached the fridge and wiped the huge piles of bugs off but they are still coming out of the cracks. I'm FREAKING out so any help is appreciated! Thanks.
