What's the name of this song...?

This song is pretty popular right now. It speaks spanish in it, a little bit, but other than that it's more of a rhythm/dance song. It's hard to explain over the computer but it goes like "bop bitty bop" and then like a minute of music, then that "bop bitty bop" thing again. I can't use a lyric finder because it's all in spanish.
