What to do about this guy?

I really like this guy i wouldnt say really but kinda a lil more than kinda... Well we flirt all the time and stuff... He always texts me and says i really like and stuff.. But wen i asked him he told me he didnt like me... And i told him i did.. I feel so stupid!! We go to church together and he is always touching my leg and stuff... i dont understand why he dont like me.. What are some stuff i could say to get him to like me??
