Will the bird's mom come back?

There was a birds nest in our shed and my dad was power-washing and moved it only touching the bottom and saw they were Robin eggs. He moved it out of our shed and put it back where it was when he was done. That was a few weekends ago. I went to show my friend today (only touching the bottom) and showed her, but the eggs hatched and now they are little bitty birds with hardly any feathers. They are soo cute!! But will their mom come back now? My dad and I only touched the bottom of the nest. Im worried their mom won't come back. If she doesn't what should I do??
