Any tips on how to become a better graffiti artist?
Okay a few months ago i started getting into graffiti art. I had a few friends that did it realy well an when they saw me drawling in my blackbook they said that for a beginner i was very good. and by beginner i mean i had just started doing it like i was a noob ya know id only been doing it for like four weeks. Im not very good at drawling but i am very good at drawling letters in unique ways an such. So i figured i would post a video of my blackbook. I said to everyone that i thought i was good for a beginner an would like tips. Instead of getting help all i got was a bunch of hate comments an people calling me a toy an telling me i should put everything down an just quit. I realy want to get better an try to become a king . But i have never been popular in any sort of circle so usualy everyone makes fun of me no matter what i try to do. I like banksy, space invader, and mr.brainwash. I know you need special kinds of paints and caps to get the desired effects. but i need advice on how to get better, I mainly think that people were making fun of it because i was using sharpy markers to fill the lines in. So does anyone have any good advice for a very very beginner noob. such as hand techniques for drawling an ways to practice before i put it on a wall or canvas. I realy dont like hate comments so please only enthusiastic answers from other graffiti writers who knows what its like to be an outsider in everything, that knows what its like to start out as a toy or beginner an not have anyone to help you get better. I dont put any crowns in my work. An i dont go around saying im the best. I dont have a cocky attitude i even admit that i think i suck. So why are so many people hating . I mean even they themselves that are good were toys at one point.
