There's a single tiny, tiny red dot on my penis?

Okay, had sex with my boyfriend for the first time yesterday. Outside. In a public park. In NYC. Anyway, it didn't go very far (niether of us could fit) so we just did oral. When i got home i noticed a single itty bitty red dot about an inch down from my head. It doesn't hurt, it doesn't do anything, i don't even know if it was even there before we fooled around. Anyway, we were hot and sweaty, so their were alot of bugs around. So it might just be a bug bite, but i don't know. We used protection, but i know condoms have defects. And its a hard, tiny tiny red dot. What can this be?
